Focusing on the theme of humanising healthcare, we'll gather industry leaders, athletes, founders, coaches, wellbeing leads and mental health experts to ask the question: where to next? Think: networking, community and thought provoking discussions.
The Summit will feature talks from the Silver medalist Olympian Tom Mitchell, compassionate leader Manley Hopkinson, part-time A&E Doctor, entrepreneur and creator Gabrielle Todd and qualified integrative psychotherapist Chris Cherry and workshops run by certified lifestyle medicine physician and yoga teacher Dr Chang, Director at Peak Health and Clinical Director at Heeley Plus, Dr Ollie Hart and the Well Doctor, Dr Natasha Holmes plus much more.

Tom Mitchell is England’s former Rugby Sevens Captain and led Great Britain to an Olympic silver medal at Rio 2016, a bronze at the Commonwealth Games in Australia, and silver at the World Cup Sevens in San Francisco. Tom shone at student level, helping Oxford to beat Cambridge 28-10 in the 2011 Varsity Match by scoring their third and final try and he led the Great Britain Students side to the World Universities title in Brive in July 2012. A lengthy-injury lay-off saw him miss the start of the 2019-20 season but he returned in Hamilton and has scored 56 points in this World Series campaign to date.
Dr Chang Park is a GP, certified lifestyle medicine physician (BSLM), and yoga teacher based. She serves as the clinical lead for Health and Wellbeing Coaches for the Central London GP Federation, and as a Trustee of the Yoga in Healthcare Alliance (YIHA), supporting the Yoga4Health and Yoga4NHS programs. Her 20 years of experience in medicine and 15 in yoga have informed and complemented each other, leading her to develop a passion for nurturing health through dedicated attention to root causes and all the layers of human experience - physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual.
Manley is an inspirational keynote speaker, author, senior leader, facilitator, adventurer, mentor, founder and director of The Compassionate Leadership Academy, and the leading voice in compassionate leadership. Schooled on leadership through a mix of practical and academic; as an Officer in the Royal Navy and the Royal Hong Kong Police, a skipper in the BT Global Challenge, the world’s toughest yacht race, and as part of the winning team skiing to the Magnetic North Pole. Over the last 22 years, Manley has advised and worked with an extraordinary range of organisations globally, in both private and public sectors through his own consultancy
Dr Natasha Holmes is a Locum paediatric doctor, personal coach, well-being workshop facilitator and creator of ‘The Fully Well Doc Pod’ podcast (available on all major platforms). She is a mental health advocate and writer and an ambassador for the doctors’ mental health charity “You Okay Doc”. She aims to reduce mental health stigma by leading with vulnerability and speaking and writing openly her experience of mental health issues as well as shining a light on the shortcomings of medical institutions and medical culture that contribute to mental health issues in doctors. The ‘Fully Well Doc Pod’ hopes to inspire and empower doctors globally to make changes in their personal and working lives for greater happiness and fulfilment. You can find her on Instagram.
Dr Ollie Hart is the Clinical Director for his local Primary Care Network, and has held a range of national roles such as co-chairing NHS England’s strategy board for supported self-management, national champion for RCGP in their Collaborative Care and Support Planning program, Clinical lead for Personalized Care for NHS Sheffield, and member of South Yorkshire Social Prescribing Board.
He is a Director for Peak Health Coaching which specialises in coaching-based training for multiple NHS roles, and organisational development for person centred care.
Lydia Wild is a coach and wellbeing advocate specialising in helping women and non-binary people reconnect with a life they love rather than living on autopilot with a one way ticket to burnout. After experiencing her own spectacular work-induced burnout in 2020, Lydia spent time recovering, reconnecting with herself and redirecting her path towards something she felt more aligned with - a slower pace of life, better balance and a lot less caring about societal expectations. She is now passionate about helping others do the same.
Chris is a qualified integrative psychotherapist with over 30 years of experience. He is fully registered with the UK Council of Psychotherapy and has worked in a variety of clinical settings including the NHS, the Crown Prosecution Service, as well as founding and coordinating a number of organisations. His work has also extended to a variety of appearances on a wide range of TV and radio programmes including ‘The Truth About Men’ on ITV, Radio 4 and BBC Radio Berkshire. Chris has worked with a broad range of emotional issues ranging from anxiety to addictions and with these experiences he will provide valuable insight into tailoring specific products to support doctors’ mental health.
Gabrielle Todd is a a part-time A&E doctor, business owner, creator & coach. She studied medicine at the University of Oxford and graduated in 2018. When working as a junior doctor in the NHS, her entrepreneurial spirit found its courage & she started a property/tech business with her brother. Gabrielle decided to quit working as a Doctor full-time after FY1/FY2 years for various reasons, including a lack of fulfilment & a determination to not let her work as a Doctor control every aspect of her life. She's been pursuing a portfolio career ever since, where she spends time working on her business(s) & pursuing her other passions in parallel to working as a part-time A&E doctor!
